Details that may appear in an anonymous profile
An anonymous talent reference, football role, city or current country, coaching licence and level, years of experience, age groups coached, languages, salary range, China experience and availability.
Details that are not displayed publicly
Your name, phone number, email address, WeChat or WhatsApp details, passport or identity information, private CV links, original certificates, visa documents and recruiter notes stay out of public profiles.
What profile statuses mean
“Submitted” means your information has been received. “Reviewed by TFS” means a recruiter has checked the profile. A qualification should only be marked “Verified” after an original document or a reliable source has been checked. Information awaiting that check should remain clearly marked as unverified.
Candidate introductions
Employers can request an introduction, but cannot contact you directly through a public talent page. TFS arranges further contact after confirming the hiring need and handling your permission for the introduction.
Three conditions for a public profile
An anonymous profile may only be published when you have explicitly opted in, the time of that permission has been recorded, and TFS has approved the public profile. It must remain private if any of these conditions is missing.
Access, correction or deletion requests
Contact TFS with your request. We need to check your identity before providing or changing private records.
